Discovery
The start of every project begins with asking the question: Where Are We Now?
Through this 90 minute discovery session with all stakeholders of the project, we formulate a Current State Analysis.
The Current State Analysis consists of identifying: 1) current challenges, 2) opportunities for growth, and 3) future goals and vision of the organization.
By the end of this session, all stake holders will have a clear understanding of the problems facing the organization, the strategy for how the project will unfold, and next steps.
Deep Dive
The next phase of the project answers the question: Where Do We Need To Go?
If the Discovery Session is the qualitative research, this phase is the quantitative portion.
We perform a deep dive of the organization's technical facilities. A fully comprehensive audit of the Audio, Video, Lighting & Streaming (AVLS) systems is synthesized into a ScoreCard.
The ScoreCard allows stakeholders to easily view the current state of AVLS systems without having to understand the technical jargon. This report highlights the gap between the current states industry benchmarks to properly establish a point of reference for the project moving forward.
